Do I have to pre-pay?
Yes but there is a 100% money back guarantee if any unwanted photos are returned to us within 14 days.
Can we have sibling photos?
Yes – we have set sibling options with some package options. Alternatively you can incorporate all the children within any package option and pay the advertised price. There is no extra charge for extra children within the packages.
If my child is not photographed individually are they still in the group photos?
Yes – all the children are included in the traditional group photos. With the composite groups this is at the discretion of the child care centre.
What if my child misses out having their photo taken?
We can photoshop your child into the group photo (extra charges may apply). We may be able to photograph your child at another centre in your area or return to your centre to photograph your child.
What if we don't want our photos?
You can return them to us by post within 14 days and we will organise a refund (conditions apply).
Can we change the packs?
Unfortunately not. We conduct market research and find most parents prefer the package options offered.
